The MNC Politicians

Working in Multinational Corporation company…never can you escape politics. With politics in the company…working become more exciting and challenging doesn’t it. So the ones who dwells in office politics…should we call them politicians as well?

Unfortunately…I have encountered these “politicians” several times and I have a few words to say to them.

The email trigger happy people…thus resulting in endless war of emails – If you guys can spend less time on your emails…you might save some time for yourself and a lot of time for those who are reading your emails…also you might just get some real work done.

The “hi..how’s it goin…hey I’m going to stab you in the back” people – You might want to come stab me in the front with a real knife and I will call you a man for that and not be a coward…hiding behind…scheming on your victim…and of course sending endless emails.

The credit snatchers – please show some self-respect and respect the work of others…what comes around goes around…you claim credit for something you did not do…someone will also do the same to you…have you guys heard of Karma?

The old-timers – Having working in the company for many years…does not mean you know everything…technology is constantly changing…new ideas keep coming up…you have to move with the tech wave. Guide the young…the up and coming…we will respect you even more if you are willing to teach. Dwelling in the past does not serve any purpose…not for you…definitely not for the company.

The snakes aka anacondas – Ever see how a snake moves? You are just like the boneless creature… …twisting…crawling…avoiding work. When there is work to be done…you people come up with excuses avoiding getting the job done or simply pushing it to some other people…and where did you go…in the canteen slurping coffee or chatting with some other snakes in the line. The bigger snake you are…you become the anaconda.
